For mentees (grades 3 to 12) to receive 1-on-1 help, or online "tutoring," to supplement their school music instruction.
To support public school music teachers by aiding the student's learning process at home.
We teach violin, viola, cello, bass, piano and voice.
Currently serving 33 students from 4 states.

MelodyConnects will coordinate the scheduling between mentors and mentees.
All sessions will be held online over Zoom.
Each mentee will receive a weekly session of 15–30 minutes depending on their needs.

All mentees (violin, viola, cello, bass) are required to be enrolled in their school's music program.
There is no school enrollment requirement for piano and voice.
Required equipment: a device compatible with Zoom, internet access, and an instrument.

All MelodyConnects mentors are of high school age and concerto level.
All mentors are carefully vetted through a two-step process: a written application and interview.
